Who we are

This website is run by RAW Marketing Studio, a branding and marketing studio based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova (“RAW”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

When you contact us. When you send our contact form, the details you enter (your name, email address, phone number if you add it, the services you selected and your message) are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. The website itself does not store them. We also receive your details when you email or call us directly.

When you browse the site. Like any website, the servers that host and deliver this site automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This is used only to keep the site running securely.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use your data

We use the information you send us only to:

  • reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
  • prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver and manage the project;
  • meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We never sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you updated.

Legal basis

We process your data because you asked us to contact you or to prepare an offer (steps before entering into a contract), to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running a secure website. We follow the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195/2024 on personal data protection.

Because we work with clients around the world, we apply the same standard to everyone: the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors and clients in the European Union and the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR in the United Kingdom, and applicable US state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, for visitors in the United States.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not set cookies. It saves one small setting in your browser for the current visit only, so the opening animation on the home page plays once and is not repeated on every page. This setting is deleted when you close the browser tab.

Third-party services

All fonts and scripts on this website are served from our own hosting, so your browser does not contact other networks to display it. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Contact form messages are delivered by Web3Forms, and we use Google (Gmail) for email, so messages you send us are stored on Google’s servers. Links to our social media profiles take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

International data transfers

Our email and hosting providers may store or process data outside your country, for example in the European Union or the United States. When data leaves the EU, the UK or Moldova, we use providers that protect it with recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project. Project and invoice records are kept for the period required by law. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • object to or ask us to limit how we use it;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

We will never treat you differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you can also contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova, or the data protection authority in your country, for example in the EU or the UK.

How we protect your data

We keep client information in secure, password-protected accounts and only share it with the team members who work on your project.

Children

Our services are for businesses. This website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The latest version will always be on this page.
